Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Technical Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at SheLineStudio@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you and make sure you receive your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate order.

EU Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product with immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and understand that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, where applicable under local law.
